OUR POLICIES

All orders must be accompanied with a valid customer email address and telephone number.  If for some reason we need to contact you and cannot do so due to incorrect email addresses or telephone numbers, the order is considered incomplete and will be cancelled without notice.  Our goal is to ship items with 48 hours of receipt of the order.  Longer turnaround times are required during peak holiday seasons.  From time to time errors do occur regarding pricing or descriptions on our site, therefore, we reserve the right , at our discretion, to refuse to ship merchandise listed incorrectly. 

Payment Methods

We proudly accept all major credit cards through Authorize.Net. All transactions occur over a secure SSL connection. Credit cards will not be charged until items are shipped.  

Our Guarantee and Return Policy

Merchandise should be checked upon arrival, if damaged contact us within 72 hours for a replacement or credit.  If you are not happy for any reason, please call us for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER within 7 days of receipt of the order.  ALL Collectibles MUST be returned with original wrapping, hang tags and in the original box.  The Return Authorization Number MUST BE CLEARLY VISIBLE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX near the shipping label.  Shipments returned WITHOUT an authorization number will NOT be credited.  Once returns are received with the proper authorization number and in original mint condition, credit will be issued less a 15% restocking charge.  Shipping charges are not credited.  Returns should be addressed to Country Gift Cottage, 198 Pittsburgh Avenue, Massapequa, NY 11758

When should you order?

Quality crafts take time to produce, most turnaround times are noted on the various pages of our website. If you are unsure of receiving a gift in time please contact our office and every effort will be made to accommodate special requests. 

Gift Wrapping and Enclosure Cards

Most of our handmade gifts are shipped direct from the artist, therefore, we are unable to offer gift wrapping. However, all of our collectibles, and dried floral arrangements  can be ordered with an enclosure card to be sent to the recipient. Please email or call us for details.

Shipping Information

We ship via UPS, therefore, we are unable to ship to P. O. Boxes.  In order to ship our handcrafted gifts to you as soon as possible, most are shipped directly from the artist to you. Our gifts are not pre-ordered and most are custom made by the artist, therefore, additional time may be required before a piece is shipped and you may receive shipments from various locations and artists. We will only charge you one shipping cost based on the amount of your total order.

It is crucial that you have the most accurate and complete address possible.  Please include a company name if applicable, floor, suite #, apt.#, etc.  We can not accept responsibility for packages sent to incorrect addresses. If an address correction is required after the order has shipped a $6.00 charge will be added to your order.  To avoid problems, please double check all addresses and provide as much delivery information as possible, including the recipient's phone number.
