Reporting Damaged Items

Reporting Defective Pieces or
Damaged In-Transit Items

Utilize the "Contact Us" Form (click on the link or the form is available in the Contact Us area under the Information Bar located on the Home Page in the left column).  Provide all the information requested concerning the order on which the defective or damaged item was purchased.  Provide a detailed description of the defect or how the damage occured.  Solutions to individual situations will be based on the nature of the problem i.e., UPS claims, manufacturer guarantee, etc.

It is imperative that a written report be filed.  Phone reports will only delay the process, a written report via the "Contact Us" Form IS REQUIRED.
