Our Guarantee and Return Policy

Merchandise should be checked upon arrival, if damaged contact us within 72 hours for a replacement or credit.  If you are not happy for any reason, please call us for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER within 7 days of receipt of the order.  ALL Collectibles MUST be returned with original wrapping, hang tags and in the original box.  The Return Authorization Number MUST BE CLEARLY VISIBLE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX near the shipping label.  Shipments returned WITHOUT an authorization number will NOT be credited.  Once returns are received with the proper authorization number and in original mint condition, credit will be issued less a 15% restocking charge.  Shipping charges are not credited.  Returns should be addressed to Country Gift Cottage, 198 Pittsburgh Avenue, Massapequa, NY 11758
